La cardiología intervencionista ha evolucionado de forma espectacular en los últimos años habiendo cambiado el enfoque en el manejo de la cardiopatía isquémica y aportando soluciones mucho menos agresivas en la cardiopatía estructural. Ello ha sido debido al desarrollo de nuevos dispositivos, pero también a las terapias antitrombóticas. En esta revisión repasamos las indicaciones y tipo de terapia antiagregante-anticoagulante tanto en el intervencionismo coronario como el estructural.
